I've been with T-Mobile on my current contract for a year now and my contract is ready for an upgrade. However I want to cancel my account because I've found a better deal for the same phone on another network. Customer services say that I have to give one months notice in order to cancel it. I was wondering 1) If there was a faster way of cancelling your account and 2) If it is possible to cancel my account online? (Links welcome)
Thanks! Can I cancel my (now ready to renew) mobile phone contract online? The answer to both your questions is no. You have to give 28 days notice to end your contract with any network.
To actually end your contract, you ( or the account holder) has to speak in person to the customer service department on your network. This is the only way to end a contract. Can I cancel my (now ready to renew) mobile phone contract online?I just canceled my contract over the phone and it was immediate. Try and call again to get a better customer service rep. Only way it would take a month is if you still have one month left on your contract. Good luck. Can I cancel my (now ready to renew) mobile phone contract online?Well i don't understand why they are saying that because you can my brother has done that a lot of times, they reallyshouldn'tt have a problem with it.
