Is it ok to use the swiffer wet cloths around pets?

I know you obviously don't want them to chew on the cloths or anything but would it harm them if they walked on the floor after being cleaned and then licked their paws? The package says to keep out of reach of children and pets but I just want to make sure it's ok to use it around them. I'd really like to try them but don't want to make the kitties sick. Very soon after you use it on the floor, it will dry up. There's been an urban myth going around that it's poisonous to pets, but if it was I think we'd have heard a lot more about it by now. Unless the cat spends all day doing nothing but walking on the floor and then licking its paws, I don't see how there can be a problem. Almost every product that anyone uses to wash any kind of floor might be toxic to cats if they drank it, and I've never heard of a cat getting sick from stuff used on a floor.

I'm planning a trip in June, and I'm considering taking my bird, a cockateil, with me. I'm worried about taking her on the plane, though, as I have heard horror stories over the years of pets dying in the cargo holds in planes, since they are not pressurized or heated like the passenger cabins are. If pesticides were added to the potting mix, and I don't know any manufacturers who do that, that information would have to be printed on the label.

I think so . I mean it just makes it easier , y'know ? So you don't have to drive to the store just to make sure your rat/hamster/gerbil/guinea pig etc is there . And you should also to be reserve pets for you and say that its yours and to keep it for you until you are able to get it .

Should they post pics of an animal up for adoption no. To make sure the animal is there you can call them. Should you be able to reserve animals no. If they order something for you they can reserve it but its not fair for other customers that come in after you and see the animal to say it is reserved.

And, not all pet food is healthy. Especially dog foods (and others, I just know most about the dog foods). If you look at the ingredients in most dog foods the main things used are animal by-products (leftovers from butchering process including fat) and fillers such as corn and grains which many dogs are allergic to and also add up to empty calories. The best type of food would be to find the first ingredient to be chicken, or beef. Believe it or not, fish is not the best for cats.

The other thing people do wrong when feeding pets is portion control. Most owners free feed their animals, meaning they let their pet graze. This is bad, it is best to feed pets portions according to their Weight twice daily. You should always ask a vet how much to feed your pet. Don't go by the portions listed on pet food bags because most are looking for profit, not the well being of your pet.

OH! please don't feed pets human food!!! Animals cant handle certain things like humans can such as garlic, onion, grapes, raisins, hot pepper, and of course chocolate.
