You can only usually upgrade when you are within the last 90 days of your agreement, so if you have 18 months left, then you would not be able to upgrade at the moment.
If you wanted to cancel your agreement and disconnect your current phone, you would be able to do so, however, you would be charged a cancellation fee roughly equivalent to your remaining 18 months Service Plan charges, minus VAT. If your plan is 拢15.00 per month, this would be around 拢225.
I hope this helps.

Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/OrangeUKCan I cancel a 36 month mobile phone contract? It varies from carrier to carrier, but most allow you to re-up with a new contract for another 2-3 years about halfway through your existing contract. That allows you to pay the 'new contract' phone prices.
If you can't re-up your contract, you can buy the phone outright and upgrade your existing plan to include data for the smartphone.
(This is, of course, if you're on a carrier that will allow the iPhone. If your carrier does not carry or support it, you'lll have to pay to break your contract to go to a different carrier, or drop your plan to the bare minimum and get a new contract with the new provider... the cheaper option varies.)Can I cancel a 36 month mobile phone contract?i dont think that is possible when the contract finish then i think you can upgrade it to iphone
