I got my virgin mobile for a christmas gift. I had another one and that one crashed within 6 months. My phone right now is a LG Rumor 2 and its keeps flashing and making this beeping noise i have not heard before, it does it every 10-20 minutes or when its fully charged.All the notifications are off, i don't use IM or Email, and i rarely use the internet. Once you activate your phone, you have to call their customer service to complete your account information.
2)Use their website at virginmobileusa.com , go to the top bar and click on 'activate', Then choose 'I am a new customer and want to activate my phone' and click on 'next'. You will be asked to enter your address and zip code, and then click on 'next'. You have to provide your phone serial number and make an account. After you make your account, they will give you instruction to program your phone and when you can place and receive calls.
3)Call their customer services at 1888-322-024, after you provide the phone's serial number and your zip code, they will guide you through phone activation
