How to Unlock the Netwok lock on a Samsung Mobile phone In UK, From Vodafone to T-mobile?

I bought a Pay as you Go Samsung Bluetooth phone 3 months ago but the calls are too expensive so I want to put in a T-mobile sim card but the phone says network lock on it and prompts for a code. Does anyone know the code?



How do I take the network lock off, can I do it or does it have to be done at a shop, how much does it cost? I am in Manchester.

Once you reach 59 minutes just hang up and dial again, get charged for 3 minutes and get 57 for nothing. Also on Vodafone you can get free weekend calls by spending 拢5 Monday - Friday, if you spend 拢2.50 during the week you get free texts over the weekend. T-Mobile don't offer anything near that - you have to spend 拢10 on T-Mobile to get free texts at weekends



If you want the network unlock code there are lots of sites offering it, however the safest way is to contact Vodafone Customer Services on 191 and ask for it. If you get the codes from the internet you stand a chance of getting generic codes which don't work, and entering the code incorrectly too many times renders the handset blocked and useless.
