My lg viewty mobile phone has broken and i dont have any insurance ,what can i do?

Im on a 18month contract with T-mobile ive had the phone 3months and now its stopped working,i never took any insurance out because i simply cant afford anymore outgoings.what are my options?My lg viewty mobile phone has broken and i dont have any insurance ,what can i do?Tell the store you bought it from that it was broken when you got it.
