Can you take a verizon phone and use it as a t mobile phone?

I have t-mobile, and i bought a verizon phone off of somebody. It works perfectly fine, nothings wrong with it. Can I take that verizon phone and switch it over to t-mobile where i can use it without getting verizon? Can you take a verizon phone and use it as a t mobile phone? No, Verizon uses a CDMA network which is different than At%26amp;t GSM network. Basically GSM and CDMA are two different types of network signals, so your phone won't recognize t-mo's GSM network. Can you take a verizon phone and use it as a t mobile phone?
Sorry to tell you this but no you cannot. The reason you cannot is that the phone technology is different. Verizon uses CDMA technology. T-mobile uses GSM technology. The are incompatible.

If you have one of them, you may be able to unlock the phone and use it with T-mobile. None of Verizon's other phones can be used with T-Mobile.Can you take a verizon phone and use it as a t mobile phone?
