Can a multimedia mobile phone be used as webcam?

Am using the mobile Nokia 2700 classic. Is there anyway I can use my mobile phone as webcam?Can a multimedia mobile phone be used as webcam?well. maybe you can get a program call mobiola. but it works only for newest phone. it didn't worked for me as my mobile is a SE K610i. there are lot of other program you can try. maybe they will heip. go on google and search mobile webcam program and u'll surely get it.
