What are Pets at Home like for looking after their animals?

I'm wanting to buy a couple of guinea pigges, the localist place I can find selling them is, sadly, pets at home. I've heard bad things about them in the past, but wondered if they've had to buck they're standards up in recent years.

I live in East Sussex, and i haven't yet been able to find any breaders local in my area. What are Pets at Home like for looking after their animals?Pets at home would probably be the best.

They have the highest standard for their pets, maybe they was bad in the past but now they have to follow by certain procedures.

Every time i have gone they have been great help, they make you fill out a survey when you buy a pet so they know its in good hands.

Once i tried buying fish and they told me i had to take in a water sample to make sure my tank water was safe.

They take on alot of injured and homeless pets to rehome them.

I would reccomend them but to get more information talk to the staff.

Goodluck. What are Pets at Home like for looking after their animals? They do now give money to charity for re-housing pets.

I'd try to see if you can get them from Gumtree too. Sadly lots of people get fed up of cleaning out pets and when they are no longer babies. What are Pets at Home like for looking after their animals?Personally? My store love our animals, keep them clean, healthy and well fed. They get their veg from freakin' M%26amp;S, they're better fed than most of the staff!

Every store will vary because people vary, but there are strict standards the company has to maintain in order to keep our license to sell pets. What are Pets at Home like for looking after their animals?
I bought my last two gerbils from Pets at Home and they're happy, healthy little things. The staff really seemed to care about the animals there and were extremely knowledgable and helpful.
