How can I create a papillon on the sims 2 pets?

I really want a papillon as a pet for my sims, but how? I have the sims 2, the sims 2 nightlife, sims 2 seasons, sims 2 pets and sims open for business.How can I create a papillon on the sims 2 pets?Other than playing with colors and coatings while creating a pet, not sure.
