From Where to find the best pets food items?

I wanna know about the nutrition and diet schedule for my pets? Includes dogs and cats.From Where to find the best pets food items?i dont know a whole lot about dog foods, cause i only have cats... but i did A TON of research before selecting the best food for my cat.



INGREDIENTS TO AVOID: beef, grain, animal by-products, animal digest, lamb, corn, soy, dairy products and wheat gluten

HOW OFTEN TO FEED: feed cats twice a day, 3 times if possible (an average 10lb cat should have no more than 1/2 cup of food per day....word from my vet)
