How can I unlock my mobile phone?

My daughter was messing around with my LG KS360 mobile and managed to set up a phone security code. It is the code that the user sets up to lock the phone when you turn the phone on. My daughter cannot tell me what code she set it up with! Does anyone know if it is possible to override this code? Can I get back into my phone somehow?
