I found a few that were too pricey for me, but if you text a lot (or plan on word processing on your phone), it's a cool little thing to have.
As far as connecting a ps2 or USB keyboard to the d600, I haven't seen any adapters that would allow that, and I don't think the data port on the d600 could even support text input. I'd say that'd be a long shot.
