Is there a program that lets you use your mobile phone as a microphone?

I want to make my mobile phone (Samsung galaxy S) usable as a pc microphone so I can chat via Skype,steam etc.The only good microphones that I saw in my country's Major electronic stores are the ones that would cost 20$ in America, And those things can hardly hear me (with full mic sound and volume boost).Is there a program that lets you use your mobile phone as a microphone?No there isn't

Best bet would be trying out a good microphone and double check your settings because I never have a problem with even the most generic mic.
