Can you use a T-mobile Samsung phone with Cricket phone company?

I have a T-mobile sidekick and i want the Cricket unlimited plan but i really don't want to buy one of their phones. Are you allowed to keep a T-mobile phone and have a cricket plan without problems from the company or the plan's features themselves?Can you use a T-mobile Samsung phone with Cricket phone company?Sorry, but the answer is no.
