I know they will send them to another vet, but if i walk in there and ask for a copy of my pets record, do they have to give them to me or can they rightfully refuse?
Are they lawfully mine to have?Is my veterinarian legally obligated to give me a copy of my pets records?The records are the property of you and the vet jointly, but they must provide you with a copy for a small copy fee if they choose to charge it, people move to other states and most vets offices are very helpful in providing those records.~
